We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
Due to the custom nature of each of our products we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or cancellations, please make sure the information sent to us is accurate to avoid any issues.
Damages and issues
We know how frustrating this situation can be and we will work with you to get a resolution as quickly as possible however please note that claims of damaged items can take up to 30 days to be resolved as it often involves the shipping carrier.
If you receive damaged or defective products please email us immediately at info@femmely.com and submit photo images of the damaged or defective products. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Femmely is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged after the shipping carrier has delivered the package, Femmely is not responsible for damages reported after 24 hours of the delivery confirmation.
